By confirming a reservation at Mas de Garrigue, you (the Guest) agree to comply with the following terms and conditions:
1. Bookings and Payments
● Confirmation: A booking is only finalized once full payment has been received or credit card details have been provided as a guarantee.
● Tourist Tax (Taxe de Séjour): In accordance with local French regulations, a tourist tax of €1.50 per person, per night, will be added to your final bill.
● Final Payment: The remaining balance, along with any additional charges (Honesty Bar, Table d’Hôtes, etc.), must be settled upon check-out.
2. Cancellation Policy
● Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund.
● Cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. In this instance, the deposit will be forfeited, and the full amount of the stay will be due.
● No-shows or early departures will be charged for the total duration of the original booking.
3. Age Policy & Safety
● Children: To ensure the serenity and safety of our guests and the historic nature of the property, we do not accommodate children under the age of 8.
● Pets: We do not allow pets on the premises.
4. House Rules
● No-Picnic Policy: To maintain our standards of service and cleanliness, outside food, beverages, or "picnics" are strictly prohibited in the guest rooms and common areas.
● Smoking: The interior of the house and the pool area are strictly non-smoking. Designated smoking areas are located in the outside dining pizza area.
● Honesty Bar: Guests are kindly asked to record all consumption on the provided sheets in the Pool Room.
5. Liability, Damage & Theft
● Damages: Guests are liable for any damage caused to the property or its contents during their stay.
● Theft & Missing Items: We take great pride in the curation of our home. Any items found missing from the rooms or house after departure (including but not limited to décor, bathrobes, linens, or books) will be charged to the guest at the full retail replacement value.
● Pool: Use of the swimming pool is at the guest's own risk. The swimming pool is unattended. Guests use the pool and surrounding areas at their own risk. Glassware is strictly prohibited in the pool area (acrylic glasses are provided in the honesty bar)."
6. Check-in and Check-out
● Check-in: Between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm. Please notify us in advance of any late arrivals.
● Check-out: We kindly ask that rooms be vacated by 10:30 am.
