Legal Obligation: To comply with French law regarding guest registration (Fiche de Police).
Legitimate Interest: To send you essential information about your arrival or respond to inquiries.

We do not sell your data. Your information is shared only with:

Wix.com: Our website and booking platform provider.
French Authorities: Only when legally required (e.g., tax or police audits).

5. Data Retention

● Booking data is kept for 10 years to satisfy French accounting laws.
● Fiches de Police are destroyed after 6 months as per French law.
