You can’t help but fall in love with the Lot Valley
Originally built in the 15th century as a mill and later used as a hunting lodge by the local lords, Mas de Garrigue B&B is nestled in a pocket of France that feels wonderfully untouched by time. It’s a world of cliffside villages, ancient stone dolmens, and bustling markets rich with local flavor.
Our own journey here began with love at first sight. Driven by a shared passion for good food, love of creativity, and desire to embrace the slow pace of country life, we have shaped the Mas into more than just a B&B – a soulful retreat, where history meets modern comforts to create an authentic French escape.

"A true citizen of the world, I grew up in Switzerland, Asia and Australia, spending summer holidays exploring the history and foodways of this beautiful corner of France. My passion for hosting is fueled by a lifelong love of cooking and the joy of bringing people together. I can’t wait to share our stunning home and my favorite local flavors with you."
Toby
"A classic Australian country boy, I have a passion for all things French. My early career as a journalist nurtured my love of storytelling and my genuine curiosity about the lives of everyone I meet. As your host, I make sure your stay is as seamless as it is memorable, bringing Aussie warmth and laughter to the old stones of Mas de Garrigue."

A Word from the Concierge Team 🐾
Meet the real bosses of La Garrigue: our dogs. They are friendly, lovable and absolutely convinced that every lap is theirs for the taking.
We adore them and most of our guests do too. But in the spirit of full transparency, this is their home. If dogs aren't your thing, we completely understand and we'd gently suggest another property might suit you better.
If, however, you're the type to sneak them treats when we're not looking, you're going to love it here.
