A Place that Lingers

Laure has spent many summers in this region, shaped by its food, its rugged landscape, and rich history. Her deep connection to the land and its traditions lies at the heart of life at Mas de Garrigue. Toby, a lifelong francophile, grew up on farms in Australia and has always felt drawn to rural living.
Together, they chose to leave city life behind and return to the countryside in search of a quieter, more meaningful way of living, one rooted in nature, good food, and time well spent. At Mas de Garrigue, they grow, cook, and live with the rhythm of the seasons, taking inspiration from local markets and simple pleasures, and inviting guests to slow down, reconnect, and savour what truly matters.
